Well, we all know about the bite of 87. It took place in 1987, a child, or Phone Guy (whoever he is) had their frontal lobe bitten off, and against all the odds, survived. Which animatronic did this? Before the second game was made, the main suspect was Foxy. He was shut down, had a broken jaw, and sharp teeth that could easily take a chunk out a human head. However, with the knowledge the second game has given us, we now know that Foxy probably did NOT cause the bite of 87; Freddy and Mangle being the main suspects.

Mangle is basically a pink version of Foxy. His/her gender (representation of gender) is debatable, but since it is displayed in the 'Ladies Night' mode, it is most probably meant to be female. The Mangle is, as her name suggests, ripped apart and broken. In fact, she is basically a naked endoskeleton with a fox suit head and bow tie. A strange thing about her is that she has another endoskeleton head (bare) on her shoulder. As both Mangle and her male doppleganger are, to some extent, pirates, this bare head is thought to be the remains of a parrot perched on her shoulder. Her jaws are large, her teeth sharp and jagged; making it easy for her to bite easily and neatly. She was also made in 1987, and as a pull apart attraction she was closest to the children; Mangle could have easily had the munchies.

Freddy is the main animatronic for the first game, and the logo of FFP. He is the cleverest, quickest, and most deadly of all the animatronics. He is significantly larger than the other animatronics in the FIRST game, making him more indimitating. If you look closely, you can see a faded human handprint on his head. Maybe as he was biting  the unlucky child/adult and they stuggled, hitting him in the face? Another example is that if you look at the "Rules For Safety", shown in the original, you can see that rule number six is "Don't Touch Freddy". Why? Theser rules were probably written a few years after 1987. Maybe Freddy did something terrible in the past? Most probably the bite of 87.
